WHO IT HELPS

Does your school already use
several digital tools?

For academic leaders

When a lesson is interrupted because someone cannot find a platform or sign in.

For technology teams

When enrollments, departures and class changes must be updated manually across applications.

For school leadership

When you need to know which resources are used before deciding what to renew or where to provide training.

WHAT CLASSLINK DOES

Three tasks it simplifies.

01

LaunchPad

Brings application access together

Each person finds their resources in one portal. Single sign-on opens compatible applications without entering credentials again for each one.

02

OneSync + Roster Server

Automates accounts and class rosters

OneSync manages accounts. Roster Server shares student and class data with connected platforms, reducing repeated updates across systems.

03

Analytics

Shows which resources are used

Review usage of applications accessed through LaunchPad to identify underused resources and professional development needs.

Connections and access depend on each application and its configuration. We assess your systems before defining scope. Analytics+ extends measurement beyond LaunchPad and is evaluated separately.

WHAT CHANGES FOR THE TECHNOLOGY TEAM

For example: a new student joins.

  1. 1

    The school registers the student

Their details and class assignment are entered into the student information system.

  2. 2

    Connected systems are updated

Depending on configuration, ClassLink can create the account and share class assignments with compatible applications.

  3. 3

    The student finds their resources

Once synchronization is complete, they access the portal and their assigned resources.

The same approach helps manage class changes and departures. Rules and synchronization schedules are defined during implementation.
